The ECCE Applicant Declaration Form is an ECCE form and only related to the ECCE programme, therefore it will reflect ECCE information only. This is printed once the ECCE registration is submitted. The three blank fields on the ECCE Declaration Form (indicated in yellow below) must be manually completed by the provider.
