The programme year for ECCE and NCS 2023/2024 opens on Monday 21 August. 

Fee Table and Parent Statement. You are required to submit your 2023/2024 Fee Table and Parent Statement on the Early Years Hive before 21 August 2023, to avoid payments being placed on hold.

NCS funding agreement

You must also activate the NCS 2023 funding agreement on the Early Years Hive by this date to ensure continued participation in the scheme, as claims on NCS CHICKs will be registered across both the 2022 and 2023 programme years.
