The Early Years Inspectorate has published a guidance document, designed specifically for those early years services operating fully or mostly outdoors.
The guidance provides advice and support on how services can meet the requirements as set out in the Early Years Service Regulations (2016) and/or registration of School Age Childcare Services Regulations (2018) in an outdoor environment.
