Job Description
- Preparation of food and assist the chef where necessary.
- Allergan Awareness
- Ability to facilitate EHO inspection
- Able to work on own initiative
- Flexibility around working hours, to cover the kitchen during holidays/ sick cover etc
Qualifications Required
Food Safety HACCP Level 2
Experience Required
Minimum of 2 -3 years working in a kitchen and food preparation
