Job Description
Lakeview Montessori School is currently seeking to recruit an Early Years Educator (initially) for the full 2024-25 academic year for maternity cover.
This would be a wonderful opportunity for a new graduate to be nurtured, supported, and guided into their career in early years. Lakeview Montessori is entering its 18th year and is immersed in the Montessori philosophy alongside the Reggio Emilia approach. Both philosophies promote self-guided learning within our stimulating and enriching environment.
Qualifications Required
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of Level 8 in Early Years Education.
Experience Required
No experience necessary.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and motivated individual who is a team player and passionate about working with children in a well-established Montessori school
- Familiar with Aistear & Siolta Early Childhood Curriculum Framework
Further Information
The post is for maternity cover across 42 weeks, on a fixed term contract- running from September 2024-June 2025 with a view to extending the contract beyond the term date. We operate two programmes, AM & PM, and our normal hours of operation are 8.30am – 3.30pm.
