Job Description
The ideal candidate will have
☆HACCP training in date.
☆basic food hygiene
☆competent in completing all necessary paperwork
☆in depth knowledege of allergens
☆in depth knowledge of dietary requirements
☆good knowledge and understanding of food hygiene.
☆ knowledge of the importance of nutrition for children
☆ be able to make and prepare fresh dinners and hot and cold snacks
☆ability to organise and develop menus
☆ability to budget
☆ a clean driver’s license
☆ garda vetting is also required.
