| The issue with NCS returns has now been resolved. Returns can now be submitted as normal. Weekly NCS returns are due Tuesday by 23:30pm to be included in the week’s payment run. For those services that cannot make this deadline, there are two options: 1. Submit a ‘Grace Period’* request through Hive by selecting the categories as outlined below. This request must be submitted by Wed 21 February at 6pm for payments to be made on Friday 23 February. Summary: Grace Period Request Programme: NCS Request Type: Funding Request Type Detail: Payment not received *Please note that payments issued under a Grace Period, equates to 90% of the last submitted return, the remaining 10% will be issued once the full return is submitted 2.
