Following on, from the success of our 2022 summer activity mapping exercise, Donegal CYPSC would like to start to start Mapping activities for 2023 a little earlier. This will allow us to capture more activities that are taking place early in the summer.
If your organisation is planning to run a Summer Scheme in your area this summer, Donegal CYPSC wants to hear from you.
Donegal CYPSC wants to map the provision of Summer Schemes across the County and we want to be as inclusive and comprehensive as possible, so we need your help. Summer schemes include those for childcare and summer scheme providers.
This information will be used to promote your summer scheme and signpost individuals and families to their local services.
Please send us your poster (if you have one) which we will also post on a dedicated tab on the CYPSC Website and promote via social media. Please send us the following information in the attached spreadsheet :
- Name Summer Scheme provider and any partners
- Location and catchment area
- Age category catered for
- Activities offered.
- Dates and start and finish time.
- How to register
- Contact Name and details.
- Fee, if applicable. Is participation covered by National Childcare Scheme Sponsors?
- Any additional information you would like to add.
