Resolved: TCAN Displaying “Expired” in Error

Dear Service Provider, 

Following from our notification yesterday, 25th January 2022, the issue relating to TCANs appearing as expired has now been resolved, and the status of your TCAN is now correct. 

If you wish to check the status of your TCAN, you can do so by clicking ‘Funding’ and then the ‘Payments Issued’ tabs on the Early Years Hive.  

In the instance that your TCAN has expired, a red bar will display on the top of your ‘Payments Issued’ page, with a message stating that the TCAN has expired.

If no red bar is displayed, then there is no issue with your TCAN and you can disregard the notification issued on Tuesday, 25th January 2022.
