Job Description
The successful candidate is a qualified childcare professional who will hold the responsibility for the day to day running of the Toddler Room here at Small World. The successful candidate will perform an important role caring for children, working well as part of the Toddler Room team, ensure to maintain a high quality, stimulating learning environment, supervising the staff in the toddler room and imparting their knowledge and skills to others. The successful candidate will be a creative and a reflective leader who is able to implement new ideas and use a range of strategies to continually improve practice at Small World.
Qualifications Required
QQI Level 6 Early Childhood Care and Education (minimum)
Level 7 / Level 8 in Early Childhood Care and Education desired.
Experience Required
Experience in a room leader role desirable, however full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
