Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Services Manager – Children, Family & Community Services with Spraoi agus Spórt, an award-winning social enterprise based in Inishowen.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and developing a wide range of impactful services, including childcare, family supports, and disability programmes, while contributing to organisational strategy and the growth of a new Child & Family Hub.

Qualifications Required
A relevant level 8 third level qualification (e.g. Social Care, Social Work, Community Development, Early Years, Nursing, Health Sciences or related field).
Experience Required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role within the community, voluntary, disability, health or family services sector.
Experience of managing services or programmes for children, young people and families.
Experience of staff supervision, support and development.
Experience of working collaboratively with statutory, community and voluntary agencies.
Further Information
Full clean driving licence and access to own transport.
Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
