Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead and oversee the operations of Saimer Childcare. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable individual to manage and develop our business, ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional childcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of care and education.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the quality of services and drive business growth.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of dedicated childcare professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure the efficient operation of the centre.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the local community to promote the centre and its services.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children and staff within the centre.

 

 

Qualifications Required

  • Proficiency with Sage Accounting Software to manage financial aspects efficiently, preferable but willing to provide training.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the childcare or education sector.
  • Knowledge of the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) and Pobal, ensuring compliance with national standards and effective use of funding.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
