Job Advertisement: Kitchen Cook – Gortahork Childcare Centre is recruiting a Kitchen Cook!
➡️ Working Hours: 30 hours per week, 8am – 2pm
➡️ Location: Gortahork Childcare Centre, An Scoile Bheag, Gort an Choirce, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, F92Y44Y
➡️ Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with Tusla regulations
➡️ Required skills:
– Knowledge of young children’s nutrition
– Allergy management
– Planning and preparing healthy menus
– Maintaining a cleaning schedule
– High standards of hygiene and food safety
Qualifications Required
➡️ Required: HACCP Certificate
Experience Required
➡️ Required skills:
– Knowledge of young children’s nutrition
– Allergy management
– Planning and preparing healthy menus
– Maintaining a cleaning schedule
– High standards of hygiene and food safety
– Knowledge of the Irish language would be helpful
