Job Description
- To act as a lead role model
- Help develop the curriculum
- Supervise and support planning development
- Help support all staff members
- Work as part of a team
- Ensure high quality and best practice
- Ensure the safety and well being of all the children in our care
- Have a good working relationship with parents and interlink with the community
- Adhere to good practice guidelines in relation to Aistear, Siolta and all policy documentations associated with the environment
- Give constructive feedback to all staff in the environment
- Delegate work load accordingly
- Hold regular parent/practitioner meetings
- Ensure confidentiality is adhered to at all times.
Qualifications Required
QQI Level 7/8 early childhood education or equivalent
Experience Required
Minimum one year experience essential
