Job Description
Are you passionate about early childhood education? Do you hold a Level 7 qualification or higher in Childcare? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ECCE Room Leader to join our team and lead our early years program.
Role:
– Lead and manage the ECCE room, ensuring a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
– Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum activities.
– Support and mentor early childhood practitioners and staff.
– Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and team members.
– Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
Qualifications Required
Level 7 or above qualification in Childcare or Early Childhood Education.
– Proven experience working in an ECCE setting.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Enthusiastic, caring, and committed to quality early childhood education.
– Knowledge of child development and regulatory standards.
Experience Required
2 years experience in an Early Years Setting
