Job Description
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Worker to join our childcare team. The successful candidate will support the development, learning, and well-being of children aged 0–5 years in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include planning and delivering age-appropriate activities, maintaining a clean and stimulating setting, and working closely with parents and colleagues to ensure each child’s needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily care routines and supervision of children

Plan and implement engaging play-based learning activities

Promote children’s emotional, social, and physical development

Ensure a safe, clean, and inclusive environment

Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and team members

Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and childcare policies
Qualifications Required
✅ Level 5 or higher qualification in Childcare (QQI/FETAC or equivalent)
✅ Fluency in Irish
Experience Required
✅ Experience of working with children under 5 years of age
✅ Experience of working as part of a team
