Early Years Educator (Level 8) 

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 8 qualified Early Years Educator to join our warm and welcoming team at The Learning Tree.

This role is based across both our preschool and afterschool services, offering a varied and rewarding experience. The position is structured over a 4-day working week, supporting a positive work-life balance.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Level 8 Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education
• Be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to high-quality early years practice
• Have a strong understanding of child-led, play-based learning
• Be confident working both as part of a team and using their own initiative
