Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of an engaging, play-based curriculum along with a supportive team.
- Foster strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks, policies, and quality standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reflective practice initiatives
Qualifications Required
- A Level 8 qualification in Early Childhood care, health and education (essential)
Experience Required
Previous experience in an early years setting is desirable, but not essential. We welcome enthusiastic and committed candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute positively to our team.
