We are looking to recruit an Early years Educator leader within our service. The ideal candidate will hold a minimum level 6, any qualification above would be desirable.

In addition to this, we are looking for an individual who has a passion for working with children as well as providing a supportive, nurturing environment that assists children in their learning and development, In addition, the candidate must be a team – player and confident in their ability to lead a team, communicate effectively with parents, children and staff.

The role includes:

– documenting children’s learning through a play based emergent curriculum

– Communicating with parents to exchange information about their child

-Working as part of a team and actively participating in on-going professional development

-Using initiative to follow children’s emergent interests and partake in weekly routines and activities to expand their learning
