Description
The naíonra is an early education facility that promotes the physical, intellectual, emotional, creative and social development of the child. This is done through the medium of fun and the Irish language in a safe, healthy, stimulating, welcoming, happy and supportive environment. Children meet in the naíonra, under the care of a Early Years Teacher, five days a week for three hours if attending the sessional service or for five hours each day if availing of the part-time service. We provide a full language immersion through the medium of Irish for children. We also offer the ECCE two free preschool scheme and the National childcare scheme is also available at this service. We are conveniently located on the grounds of Leitir National school however children will not be required to attend the school after preschool to attend the naíonra.
