Better Start Traveller and Roma Advisory Specialists are hosting a series of webinars taking place in September and October on supporting meaningful inclusion of Traveller and Roma families.

This webinar series will provide valuable professional learning opportunities for all Early Learning and Care (ELC) educators, supporting the development of inclusive practices and the implementation of Aistear 2024.

The updated framework emphasises the importance of empowering all children “to learn about and value the languages, histories, stories, folklore and culture of Ireland, including those of the Traveller community.” 

Webinar 1 is an Introduction to Supporting the Inclusion of Traveller and Roma Children in Early Learning and Care.
