HSE are hosting FREE workshops for parents and carers on Introducing Family Foods to Your Baby.
The workshops will take place in five locations across the county: Letterkenny, Buncrana/Carndonagh, Gweedore, Newtowncunningham and Donegal Town.
The workshop is suitable for parents and carers of babies around 6 month old.
Booking is not required – everyone welcome!
