Sligo County Childcare Committee has partnered with Sligo Local Enterprise Office to offer an online Succession Planning Workshop on Tuesday 9th June from 7pm – 10pm.
This online workshop is designed for private Early Years services, School Age Childcare providers, and Childminders who are beginning to think about future transitions within their service.
Topics covered include:
· Planning ahead for stepping back, handing over responsibilities, or changing roles.
· Supporting continuity and stability for children, families, and staff during periods of transition.
· Leadership continuity and forward planning.
· The importance of clear documentation and communication.
· Reducing pressure and uncertainty through early succession planning.
Workshop details:
· Delivered online in one 3-hour session.
