Please note a new online process is now available on the Early Years Hive for services submitting the following closure and change requests:

Closures:

• Service Provider closure
• Organisation closure

Changes of circumstances:

• Change of address
• Change of ownership
• Change of legal structure
• Programme exit from one or more programmes

Important information when submitting one of the above closures or change requests:

• Requests should be submitted as soon as you are aware of the closure or change. Where the closure or change has already occurred, please submit a request on the Early Years Hive. 
• Service providers are required to familiarise themselves with actions that must be taken for the various closures and changes and.
