Dear Service Provider,
Equal Start Bia Blasta programme year 2025/2026 is open and will operate from 1 October 2025 until the end of 2025/26 ECCE programme year.
Eligible services will have received a previous communication from the Department inviting eligible services to opt in to participate in Equal Start Bia Blasta for programme year 2025/2026.
Eligible services will be required to complete the following steps to be eligible for payment under Equal Start Bia Blasta:
- Opt in for programme year 2025/2026 via the link provided in the Department’s email invitation.
- Submit a Core Funding Partner Service Funding Agreement 2025/2026
- Submit an ECCE contract 2025/2026 and have at least one child registered for ECCE.
