The Department of Children, Disability and Equality (DCDE) is aware of the concerns of some service providers in relation to retaining the ECCE/CCSP Saver Programme pre-registration forms for the 2025/2026 programme year.

The retention of this form is no longer a requirement for compliance purposes.

However, service providers can securely retain pre-registration forms to confirm parent/guardian consent has been given to record specific personal information on the Early Years Hive in case of any misunderstandings or dispute.

The DCDE is committed to reviewing this overall process to help simplify it for future use.
