Dear Service Provider,

We would like to remind you of the requirements regarding the ECCE pre-registration form.

This form includes information about the ECCE-eligible child, which must be verified by the parent or guardian in whose name the funding is being claimed. A signature is required to authorise the recording of this information on the Hive and to permit its sharing as outlined in the ECCE pre-registration form.

As an ECCE-approved provider, you are required to retain the original signed copy of the pre-registration form for the full duration of the programme year. The pre-registration form with the appropriate signed consent is required to be retained for the programme year for not only these purposes but also for compliance purposes.

You are also responsible for ensuring the secure and appropriate disposal of this documentation once the programme year concludes.
