Dear Principals, Early Years Managers and Practice Educators,

The Department of Early Education and Social Studies ATU Donegal is hosting a Teachmeet on Wednesday, 18th of June 2025 from 5.30-7.30pm at our Letterkenny campus.

This Teachmeet is all about two of the things that matter most in early education: play and wellbeing.

Teachmeet: Play and Wellbeing is a chance for early years educators and primary teachers to come together to share real, practical ideas with one another.

This is a unique opportunity to connect, exchange ideas and be inspired by other people working in practice.

Presentations on the night will be short and relaxed and give you plenty of practical takeaways and you will be surrounded by other likeminded professionals and students who care about play and purposeful learning.

If you opt to present as well as attend the Teachmeet you don’t have to be an expert – just open, curious and willing to share what’s working well in your setting.
