Tusla have recently published a CSR Reasonable Adjustment Policy and is available on Tusla website. See link below.

The policy outlines Tusal approach to accommodating the diverse needs of individuals who engage with them in regulatory processes. It establishes the legal framework, including national and international legislation, and defines what reasonable adjustment is.

The policy includes some practical examples, such as communication, procedural, and environmental adjustments, and provides a detailed process for requesting, implementing, and reviewing these adjustments.
