We are writing to inform you that the 2023/2024 Core Funding Income and Expenditure Template is now available to view on the Early Years HIVE, it is an updated version of the year 1 template.

Please note that reports for 2023/24 are not due until 28 February 2025, six months after the end of the programme year. Unfortunately, the www.cfcrrs.ie Portal cannot yet accept early submissions. The Portal will re-open for year two submissions on a date before 28 February to allow for submissions to be made before the deadline. The opening date will be communicated in advance.

If you wish, you can record your income and expenditure from this past programme year on a sample Income and Expenditure Template so you can transfer it more easily to the one you will submit in February; but please note that you will need to download a Template personalised to your service from the Portal when it re-opens. This personalised Template will have your income from DCEDIY (processed by Pobal) pre-populated into it.

Guidance materials to assist in completing the Income and Expenditure Template have also been uploaded to the HIVE at this location. These include:

·       Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs);

·       A Guidance Note;

·       Explanations of the Nominal Codes;

·       A document explaining the pre-populated income figures.
