What am I required to do when the EROs come into effect on 24 June 2024?
To avail of the increased Graduate Lead Educator/Manager premium, Partner services with an eligible staff member must submit an Application Change with a Change Effective date of 24 June 2024. Any increase in the Graduate Lead Educator/Manager premium(s) will be effective from the Application Change submission date or the change effective date, whichever is the later.
What Review should Partner Services carry out to ensure Grant Values are correct during an application change, before submitting?
It is important that on the summary page of your Core Funding application, before submitting your Application Change, that you review the grant values associated with the Graduate Manager or Lead Educator premiums, to ensure the values have updated.
If the values have not updated, you will need to:
- Ensure Staff(s) Member qualifications are up to date in the Service Profile.
- Begin an Application Change for the 2023/24 programme year, using the change effective date of 24 June 2024.
- Review staff member information on Step 6 – Staff, of the application.
- For the Graduate Lead Educator Premium, ensure eligible staff are assigned to an ELC session, with the role of Lead Educator. Please note, only one staff member can be assigned at any one time as Lead Educator in a session.
- Proceed to Step 8 of the application and review the summary information displayed.
Please review all grant values on this page, paying particular attention to the field(s) Graduate Manager Premium in the Current Application section and the field(s) Graduate Premium in the Rooms section of the summary page.
