We are aware that some services are experiencing issues on the Early Years Hive with their ECCE 2024/2025 service calendar and their 2024/2025 Fee Table.
We would like to assure you that our ICT team are working hard to resolve these issues. We will continue to keep you informed as progress to resolve the issue is made.
We apologise to those affected and we thank you for your patience.
As a result, we are experiencing a high volume of incoming contacts to the Early Years Provider Centre (EYPC). We ask that you please contact us by submitting a Service Request.
Please see further information on these issues below, as well as instructions of what to do if you are encountering them.
ECCE service calendar: Minimum weeks per term
- Some services’ ECCE 2024/2025 calendars are not meeting the minimum weeks per term due to their adherence to national school calendars.
- We will soon be making changes to fix this.
Fee Table: Core Funding Partner Services being directed to the Approved Provider version
- When some ‘Partner Services’ are cloning their Fee Table, the ‘Approved Provider’ (non-Core Funding) version is instead being displayed to them.
- We are working to fix this issue. Services are advised to use the Create option rather than cloning a fee table until this has been fixed.
Fee Extras: Unable to submit a ‘no optional extra’ in Fee Extras
- Services who offer no optional extras to parents in their service fees are still required to state this in the Fee Table by selecting the ‘no optional extra’ option under Fee Extras. Currently this is prompting users to input a description, but that field is not editable. We are working to fix this issue.
- We advise services who intended to submit a Fee Table with the Fee Extra ‘no optional extras’ to hold off on submitting it until further notice.
We will post an update on the status of these issues on the Early Hive as soon as possible.
