Force Majeure re Adverse Weather Conditions

If your service is closed due to adverse weather conditions, you must apply for force majeure.

To apply for force majeure please submit a Force Majeure Application Form (see link below) to Pobal through a Service Request on the Hive and select the following from the drop-down menus:

 Programme: User Account Management

·        Request type: Force Majeure

·        Request type detail: Force Majeure Standard

Services should formally claim force majeure with the Pobal no later than 5 days after the incident, even if the incident is ongoing, giving a brief outline of the issue and their estimated number of days’ closure.
