The Transfer of Ownership process for children with an approved item of equipment who are due to commence primary school in September 2022 is currently underway. Service Providers, Parents and Health Professionals have been contacted to complete and return the necessary form to transfer the ownership of equipment to the appropriate party. 

If you have been contacted and have not yet completed the process, please do so as soon as possible and no later than the 24th June 2022.

Please be advised that equipment cannot be removed from a service until the Transfer of Ownership form has been submitted and approved by Pobal.
