Dear Service Provider,
The options available in the ‘Create New Service Request’ page on the Early Years Hive have been reviewed and a number of improvements will be implemented on Thursday 4th November.
The updated options will be available after the scheduled maintenance is complete.
The sequence of fields to be completed in a Service Request will change to the following order:Â

| Request Subcategory | – Request Type |
| Programme | – Request Type Detail |
